Rebecca Jacques, RN
Rebecca Jacques is a Registered Nurse, who specialized in Case Management, Utilization Management, and Transitional Care. Rebecca Jacques was one of the nurses that assisted with the Long Term Medicaid rollout in 2013 while working with UHC – where she received the CEO Award and was one of 2 nurses that received this Award. While working as a Case Manager – Rebecca noted there was a need for High-Quality Homecare Services. She founded Precise Care Services in 2013 – A Comprehensive Homecare Agency & Staffing Agency.
Rebecca Jacques is a serial entrepreneur and investor. She has a passion for mentoring the younger generation that shows interest in the Healthcare field and/or launching their own business. She collaborates with CareerSource and T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society on their Mentorship Program. Additionally, her passion for improving the well-being of others has led her to take on added responsibilities within her community. She founded the Haitian-American Nurses Association of Palm Beach in 2018 – they have since served over 1,000 low-income individuals in West Palm as well as the Treasure Coast.
She is a Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Association. She is on the Advisory Board for the Nursing Program at Indian River States College as well as Fortis College. She serves on the Healthcare Panel at United Way of St Lucie. Rebecca Jacques has received numerous Awards for community service, including an award from Bethune Cookman University in February 2015.
Rebecca Jacques’s greatest joy comes from being a supportive wife, loving mother, and nurturing practitioner that provides personal, relevant, and holistic care. She loves spending time with her family. She enjoys taking Health Missions trip to Haiti to continue her philanthropic desire to provide services where it is needed.
Julie Renken, LPN
Julie Ann Renken was born in Hammond Indiana. She moved to Stuart Florida at the age of 14 years old. She attended Santa Fe College and received an academic scholarship for The License Practical Nurse Program. She obtained her License Practical Nursing in 1990.
Julie is an LPN, who worked Medical Surgical, Infectious Disease, Hospice, Physical Rehabilitation, home health nursing, and is currently a Senior Account Manager for Options Home Health. She was nominated by her nursing peers in the community and became Gainesville, Florida Nurse of year in 1995 while working in Infectious Disease at the height of the Aids Epidemic.
Julie renken started home health sales in 1999. In 2003, her teammates at Community Home health nominated her “biggest team player “at an awards ceremony for the sales team. She enjoyed being a sales trainer, community relations, and advocating for the senior population. She did after hour visits for home health patients. She truly enjoys working with the senior population. In 2006, Julie became a committee member for The Walk to End Alzheimer’s and has served as a committee member intermittently through the years and serves as a committee member currently. She was the volunteer walk coordinator from 2006-2008. Julie Was a Treasure Coast Advocate membership and board member from 2010-2013. Julie has been an Alzheimer’s Support Group Facilitator from 2011 until present time.
While serving as a committee member for The Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Julie was the Team captain for 2 different teams. She raised $3,500.00 for both teams. She is a 2021 Grand Champion for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Julie’s greatest joy is her family. She is married to Alan Renken for 19 years and has a 15 old son, Christian. She enjoys attending her son’s swim meets and spending time with her family. She likes to hike, fish, cook, and read. Julie feels passionate about serving our seniors in need, and she enjoys advocating for them. She truly feels that it is her calling to serve our community seniors!
Winnie Jean-Louis, RN, BSN
Winouze Jean-Louis is a Registered Nurse with 16 years experienced in various care settings. Has earned her bachelor’s degree (BSN) in 2018. Love serving the people in her community and encourage others to keep pushing forward. She’s Currently working as a case manager since 2017. As a Case Manager, she’s able to advocate, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, patients and families to provide the best possible discharge plan and the safest transitional care services. Winouze is currently a member of Nurses for Christ, who teach, promote Christian principles in professional nursing. Also serve as member of the medical team at her local church. In addition, a Board of Delegate in SE U.S for World Renew since 2019, a non-profit disaster relief and disaster response services that serve both internationally and domestically. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with families, friends, and travel. Favorite quote “only a life lived in the service to others is worth living”- Albert Einstein
